The Telo TE580 is a digital PTT-over-cellular two-way radio from TeloPTT. PoC (Push to Talk Over Cellular) technology allows for the user to use the device as radios over an unlimited range, whilst the TE580 enables single-handed operation making communications easy between users. Supporting GSM, 3G, 4G/LTE, Bluetooth and WIFI, the TE580 has all the capabilities of a smart mobile device whilst still having the functionality of a two-way radio.
Coming as standard with a 3600mAh Li-Ion Battery, which at the current time is the longest-lasting battery available in the market. The SY580 has a 2.4” screen that is capable for usage outside, with the screen dimming and lightening depending on the environment that it is operating in. IP67 protection means that not only is the radio completely Ingres protected against dust intrusion, but is also safeguarded against submersion in water up to 1 meter deep for around 30 minutes.
The TE580 has multiple location services including GPS, BDS and GLONASS. An 8 Megapixel rear camera with autofocus and flash is present allowing for high-quality images and videos to be taken, whilst also having a 2 Megapixel front-facing camera. 1GB of RAM and 8GB of internal storage ensures the radios high performance, whilst a 32GB SD card will dramatically improve the storage capabilities of the SY580. A 2W speaker provides a loud and clear voice, ensuring that messages are easily heard even in louder working environments.
