The TP9310 is a digital two way radio from Tait. An IP67 rating ensures the reliability of the radio with a full Ingress protection against dust, whilst also being safeguarded against submersion in 1 meter of water for up to 30 minutes. A channel capacity of 16 allows for sufficient communications between a team, with the option for users to participate in either individual or group calls. Digital technology within the TP9310 improves the radios audio quality, also reducing background noise in order to provide clear communications between operatives. High quality voice ensures the operator and user will understand each other, this meaning the quality of communications remains consistent improving the efficiency of workers. The TP9310 has 4 programmable buttons on the radio, this allowing for customisation of the radio to fit its purpose within the working environment. The TP9310 comes as standard with an amass of safety features. Lone Worker monitors activity levels of the radio to ensure safety of the operator, with a beep sound after a pre-set period of time, if the radio is still not responded to an alert will be sent to a base station or others radios within the fleet. Man Down operates in a similar manor but works on orientation, whereby should the radio be laid on its side then a beep will be sounded. Taits TP9310 has the option for GPS to be added, this further expanding the capabilities of both the Man Down and Lone Worker functions due to the quick location of each radio.
