The TC610 is an analogue two way radio from Hytera. Built to IP66 standards the radio is not only complete protected against dust intrusion, but is also submergible in water up to 1 meter for 30 minutes. Coming as standard with a 1200mAh Li-Ion battery, this will allow for the TC610 to operate for up to 12 hours with a 5/5/90 usage cycle. This radio is ideal for leisure facilities with swimming pools due to its ruggedness and the waterproof protection. A channel capacity of 16 allows for sufficient communications between a small team, whilst a channel scanning feature will check through all channels for activity, when one is found the process will stop and the transmission will be heard. VOX Voice Activation is present on the TC610, a feature that allows for hands free communications should it be needed whilst using compatible accessories. Available to use right out of the box the TC610 is a great starter radio, this due to its simplicity and easy set up. Energy saving mode will allow for the battery life to be extended with the radio, whilst also notifying the user with an alert when the device is close to needing a charge. TX Admit is a feature that detects whether a message is currently being transmitted, if so another user will not be able to talk until completion of the first message to avoid missed communications.
